International Women’s Day (IWD) is a day to celebrate the achievements of women while calling for greater equality within our communities. Google now celebrates IWD with special Women Techmakers (WTM) events. Women Techmakers is Google’s global program for women in the tech space. Women Techmakers provides visibility, community, and resources for women in technology to drive innovation and participation in the field.
GDG Ado-Ekiti Women Techmakers event is designed to promote an environment of inclusion for women in technology, as well as celebrate women leading the industry. We want to advance, grow, and celebrate women developers, designers, students, entrepreneurs and technology enthusiasts.
